Our Unwavering Commitment to Quality
At Appetize, our top priority is to provide our users with the best possible experience when using our mobile simulators and emulators. Over the years, we have consistently optimized and enhanced our software performance to achieve this goal.
However, as our user base grew to hundreds of thousands on the Appetize platform, we began to encounter performance bottlenecks that did not meet our high standards for user experience. With 2022 iPhone models boasting nearly the same processing power as 2020 laptops, we understood that the only way to overcome these limitations was to revamp our infrastructure completely.
The Impressive Outcome
Thanks to this infrastructure upgrade, our emulators operate with an average cold start time of under 4 seconds. To put this into perspective, the average mobile web page takes over twice as long to load, clocking in at 8.6 seconds.
Speed and flexibility are crucial for our customers, who need swift responses to customer inquiries without waiting for an emulator to become available. We understand that time is of the essence, and we are committed to delivering on that front.
Sustainable Pricing for the Future
With this significant investment in our infrastructure, we have also updated our pricing structure. For almost seven years, our pricing remained unchanged. However, starting this month, we have increased our Plan prices. This increase represents only a fraction of our investment, and we are confident that our customers will continue to see the value in the services we provide.
